Company Identity: These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited (UK Company No: 16226457), trading as Cheapest Umrah Packages. We operate as an authorised sub-agent for Times Travel Ltd (ATOL 74904). Our registered office is at 25 Gervase Close, Wembley, HA9 9EH. Our operational branch is at 13 Station Road, London, SE25 5AH. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making an enquiry, booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all customers, regardless of how they contact us (telephone, WhatsApp, email, or in person).
2. Our Services
We are a private travel consultancy providing the following services:
- Umrah and Hajj travel package consultancy and booking
- Flight and hotel arrangement as authorised sub-agent
- Umrah visa documentation guidance (consultancy only)
- Airport and ground transport arrangement
- Group travel organisation and independent pilgrim consultancy
We are NOT a government agency. Our visa services are purely advisory and we cannot guarantee visa outcomes.
3. Bookings and Contract
3.1 A booking is confirmed when we receive your completed booking form (or verbal/written agreement) and the required deposit payment.
3.2 A binding contract is formed between you and Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited upon receipt of our booking confirmation. For flight-inclusive packages, a separate contract may also exist between you and Times Travel Ltd (ATOL 74904).
3.3 All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3.4 Prices quoted at the time of enquiry are indicative and subject to change until payment is received and a booking is confirmed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 A non-refundable deposit (minimum 20% of the total package price, or as quoted) is required to secure your booking.
4.2 Full payment is required at least 28 days before the departure date, or immediately for bookings made within 28 days of departure.
4.3 Failure to make full payment by the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without a refund of any deposit paid.
4.4 All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. ATOL Financial Protection
5.1 When you book a flight-inclusive package through us, your booking is financially protected under the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) through our principal, Times Travel Ltd (ATOL 74904).
5.2 ATOL protection applies only to flight-inclusive packages as defined by the Package Travel Regulations 2018. Non-package bookings (e.g. accommodation-only or consultancy-only services) may not be ATOL protected.
5.3 An ATOL Certificate will be issued for ATOL-protected bookings confirming what is financially protected. Please retain this document.
6. Visa Services Disclaimer
6.1 Umrah visa services provided by us are consultancy only. We facilitate and guide the application process but cannot guarantee visa approval.
6.2 The decision on all visa applications rests solely with the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We accept no liability for visa refusals.
6.3 Visa and administrative fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the visa application. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6.4 We are NOT affiliated with the Saudi Embassy, the UK Home Office, or any government immigration authority.
7. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply (calculated from the date we receive your written notice):

| 15–28 days | 75% of total package price |
| 0–14 days | 100% of total package price (no refund) |
8. Alterations
8.1 We reserve the right to make minor changes to packages without prior notice (e.g. hotel of equivalent or higher standard, flight time changes within 12 hours).
8.2 Significant changes (e.g. flight date change of more than 12 hours, hotel downgrade, departure airport change) will be communicated in writing. You will have the option to accept the change or cancel with a full refund.
9. Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your return travel date
- Obtaining required vaccinations (including ACWY meningitis) before travel
- Arriving at the airport with sufficient time before departure
- Complying with Saudi Arabian laws and customs
- Ensuring all information provided to us is accurate
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Our liability for any claim is limited to the total price of the package as confirmed in your booking confirmation.
10.2 We accept no liability for: force majeure events; your failure to comply with Saudi entry requirements; visa refusals; actions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels) beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
