Refund Policy

Important: This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made with Perfect Umrah and Travels Limited (UK Co No: 16226457), trading as Cheapest Umrah Packages. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
1. Overview
Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. We understand that plans may change, and we will always endeavour to work with you to find the best solution. However, certain costs are incurred by us upon booking that prevent a full refund in all circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Visa/Documentation Consultancy Fees: All fees paid for Umrah visa guidance, documentation review, and visa application coordination are non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is granted, denied, or withdrawn.
- Administrative/Processing Fees: Any administrative, processing, or handling fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
- Booking Deposits: Deposits paid to secure your booking are non-refundable if you cancel, as these are typically passed to airlines, hotels, and ground operators upon booking confirmation.
Visa Fee Transparency: Visa consultancy fees are separate from government-levied Saudi visa fees. We charge a consultancy fee for our advisory and coordination services. If a visa is refused, our consultancy fee is non-refundable as the service (consultancy and application coordination) has been rendered. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers visa refusals.
3. Package Cancellation Refunds
If you wish to cancel a confirmed package booking, the following refund schedule applies (calculated from the date of written cancellation notice received by us):

All percentages above are exclusive of the non-refundable visa/admin fees described in Section 2.
4. Cancellation Due to Saudi Visa Refusal
If your Umrah visa application is refused by Saudi authorities:
- The visa consultancy fee is non-refundable
- Any government-levied visa fees (if applicable) are non-refundable as they are paid to Saudi authorities
- For the travel package component, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the timing of the refusal and our ability to recover costs from airlines and hotels
- We strongly recommend travel insurance covering visa refusal
5. Flight-Inclusive Package Refunds (ATOL)
For ATOL-protected flight-inclusive packages booked through our principal Times Travel Ltd (ATOL 74904), the ATOL scheme protects you in the event of our insolvency or that of the principal. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) will arrange for you to be refunded or repatriated. This is separate from our cancellation refund policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us in writing via email at: support@cheapestumrahpackages.co.uk
- Include your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days of confirmation
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible
7. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government travel bans, airport closures), we will offer a credit note or transfer to alternative dates where possible. Cash refunds in force majeure situations will depend on our ability to recover costs from suppliers.
8. Your Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (where applicable). If you believe we have not fulfilled our obligations, please contact us first. You also have the right to refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme.
