Legal terms for booking Umrah and Hajj packages with Times Travel Ltd
🏢About Times Travel Ltd
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Times Travel Ltd(Company Registration: 01813409), trading as "Cheap Umrah Solutions". We are an ATOL licensed (74904) and IATA approved (9124530) travel agent specializing in Islamic pilgrimage services.
📝Booking & Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings require a minimum deposit of £200 per person
- Final payment due 6 weeks before departure (Hajj: 10 weeks)
- Booking confirmation issued within 24 hours of deposit receipt
- All prices subject to availability and currency fluctuations
Payment Methods
- Bank transfer, debit/credit cards, cash (in office only)
- Installment plans available for bookings over £1,000
- All payments processed securely and PCI DSS compliant
- Late payment charges may apply: £25 per week after due date
🚨 Important Payment Notice
Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. We recommend setting up automatic payments or calendar reminders.
🛡️ATOL Protection & Financial Security
Your Money is Protected
Times Travel Ltd holds ATOL license 74904. This means your money is fully protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. In the unlikely event of our business failure, you will be refunded or your holiday completed as booked.
Flight Protection
All flights are ATOL protected. You will receive an ATOL certificate with your booking confirmation.
Ground Services
Hotels, transfers, and other ground services are also covered under our bonding arrangements.
📄Travel Documents & Visa Requirements
Passenger Responsibilities
- Valid Passport: Must be valid for 6+ months with blank visa pages
- Umrah Visa: We assist with applications but approval is embassy decision
- Vaccinations: Meningitis and other required vaccinations must be current
- Mahram Requirements: Female pilgrims under 45 require male guardian
- Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended and available through us
⚠️ Visa Disclaimer
While we assist with visa applications and have high success rates, visa approval is at the discretion of Saudi authorities. Visa refusals may incur cancellation charges depending on timing. We recommend applying early and ensuring all documents are accurate.

- Important confirmations will also be sent via email

Passenger Responsibilities
- Arrive at airports with sufficient time for check-in and security
- Maintain valid travel documents throughout the journey
- Follow hotel and local customs and regulations
- Report any issues promptly to our representatives
- Obtain comprehensive travel insurance (strongly recommended)
🚨 Limitation of Liability
While we take every care in arranging your pilgrimage, we cannot be held liable for acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, government actions, airline delays/cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover these eventualities.
